If the cancellation is made by the participant:
Non-refundable fees: $200 for a studio training cancellation and $100 for an online training, unless canceled by AIR Yogalates (in that case, the full tuition will be refund). This non-refundable fee may, however, be transferred to another training within one year, for the same person.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days prior the day of the training, A 100% refund (without the nonrefundable fee) will be credited
A 50% refund (without the nonrefundable fee) will be credited if the cancellation occurs 15 days prior the day of the training.
Once the program begins, tuition is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
If the cancellation is made by AIR Yogalates:
The full subscription fee paid by the participant will be refunded within 15 days of cancellation. AIR Yogalates is not responsible for costs and major financial commitments such as airline tickets and other transportation costs, hotel reservations, printing of documents, etc. We strongly suggest that no major financial commitment be made before confirmation that the training will take place.
We ship within 48 hours after an order is received. All orders are shipped with regular mail services.
The rate charged for your order is based on the weight of your product and your location. At the check out, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been shipped. If there should be any further delay in shipping, you will be informed.
If you live within Canada, you can expect to receive your package in 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date.
We ship items in the United-States or Europe. Worldwide shipment can take 5 to 15 business days from the shipping date.
TAX/VAT + CUSTOMS
Please note that you (customer) are responsible for any taxes, VAT and customs clearance charges required by your country of residence. Once the package leaves our office, AIR Yogalates is no longer in possession of the item and not responsible for any packages held by customs agencies. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedure and any potential charges.
EXCHANGE, REFUND + RETURN
AIR Yogalates is a small business, completely operated by the co-founders. Exchanges and refunds are possible only if the item you receive is damaged. In that case, the damaged good must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery date. Include in your message, photos of the damaged item, the box and the shipping label.
Return cannot be made, unless we send you the wrong item.
